Initial Oral Examination
The first time you come to visit, we will focus on establishing a health baseline which will include a complete oral examination. An oral examination consists of: an oral cancer screening, an analysis of your occlusion (bite), periodontal evaluation, and a complete examination of your teeth and mouth.
The Preventive Program
Whether your teeth are natural or have had restoration work, proper hygiene and cleaning is essential for a long lasting smile. This program will aid in preventing cavities, and maintaining the overall health of your teeth.
We use the newest technologies and restorative materials in dental science for our fillings. The ceramic and the latest composite materials are not only strong and able to withstand wear, but they mimic the natural look of the tooth.
Periodontal treatment is dependent on what type of the disease you have as well as the severity. If you come in when the disease is still in the early stages, then we are able to easily correct the issue. If in a more advanced stage, a special periodontal cleaning (scaling) and root planing will be recommended. Surgery may be needed in advanced circumstances.
Crowns & Caps
A crown and a cap are one in the same. Following a reconstructive procedure, a crown is typically used to regain the tooth’s function. Crowns may also be used when attaching bridges, covering implants, and preventing a tooth that is cracked from further damage. They can also be used for aesthetics.
We can perform extractions when tooth removal is necessary.
Due to the natural appearance of veneers, they are a great solution to chips, stains, gaps or misshapen teeth or someone who just wants to alter their smile. Veneers are thin, custom-made shells what are designed to cover the front side of your teeth.
When the nerve of a tooth is affected by decay or infection, a root canal may be necessary. This is a simple procedure that can save your teeth from further work. If you are experiencing acute dental pain or sensitivity to hot or cold than you may have an infection. Depending on the severity, the treatment may one to two visits.
Creating a healthy and long lasting smile in our younger patients is something we greatly enjoy. We teach them good oral health habits though education and prevention so that they are set for life. With a fun and relaxing environment, children can enjoy their visit to the dentist!
Pediatric Dental Care
Dental implants make it so that a missing tooth can seamlessly be replaced. Not only can they be used for replacement, but they can help anchor dentures to help with chewing.
Dental Implant Restorations
If a whiter smile is what you are looking for, dental bleaching might be for you. This can be used to help remove stains or discoloration as well as those who just desire a brighter white.
A bridge is used to replace missing teeth and bridge the gap where your teeth would have originally been. This method can be used if you have lost teeth, to alleviate stress on your bite, or to help maintain the shape of your face. Whether you need a fixed bridge or a removable bridge (dentures), we can help.
